AAPI Salute to the DNC Convention Charity Benefit Sponsorships

Thank you for your generous support of “This is our Moment,” a virtual star-studded charity fundraiser benefitting Milwaukee AAPI charities, the Hmong American Women’s Association, and the Wisconsin United Coalition of Mutual Assistance Association, Inc. Presented by Lou Diamond Phillips and Keiko Agena, the charity benefit is hosted by Bel Leong-Hong, Chair, DNC AAPI Caucus.

Your sponsorship will offset the cost of the benefit and make a direct and meaningful difference in the lives of AAPI communities.

All sponsorships are tax-deductible, minus event platform administrative and processing costs (these will not exceed 10%). Bryant Zamberlan Group, LLC, event organizer, will process all payments and allocate donations directly–without additional processing charges–to the two 501(3)(c) charities above. Receipts for your tax-deductible donation will be provided.

Silver Level Sponsor – $1000

Gold Level Sponsor – $2500

• 501(c)(3) charitable donation
• Logo or Name — Included in flyers and advertisements associated with this event

• Mentioned by name by one of the celebrity guests during the evening’s program
• Special one-on-one with a celebrity

Platinum Level Sponsor – $5000

• 501(c)(3) charitable donation
• Logo or Name — Included in flyers and advertisements associated with this event
• Listed on Host Committee
• Invitation to Clutch event
• Mentioned by name by one of the celebrity guests during the evening’s program
• Special one-on-one with a celebrity

Sponsors preferring to donate via check may do so in one of two ways:

• Sponsors preferring to write a single check and receive a single receipt should write checks out to “Bryant Zamberlan Group, LLC” as the agent for both charities for this event; all checks should have the “HAWA/WUCMAA Donation” in the memo line. These sponsors will receive a single detailed receipt from BZ, suitable for tax deduction purposes shortly following the event.
• Sponsors preferring to write separate checks directly to each charity should write them out to “Hmong American Women’s Association” and the “Wisconsin United Coalition of Mutual Assistance Association, Inc.” and send to the address above to be included in the grand total and forwarded to the respective charities. Each charity will send out individual receipts in accordance with their internal processes and timelines.
