Ruther Glen, 1 May 2010 – Bryant Zamberlan Group, LLC (BZ) has set 15 June 2010 as the official launch date for the public relations and communications strategy firm. On this date, BZ will formally commence business operations in the Washington DC/Richmond, Virginia corridor and beyond, providing communications services to government agencies and private industry. Though founded in February 2010, BZ’s June launch date will mark the end of the company’s start-up and administration phase, and begin active solicitation of public sector clients, sub-contracting and teaming efforts, and submission of Government bids.
BZ has named Benjamin Bryant, co-founder and majority owner in the venture, as President and CEO of the company. As Chief Executive, Mr. Bryant will lead the overall strategy and direction of the company, as well as business development and client relations efforts. Tommy Zamberlan, co-founder, will assume the Vice-President/Chief Operating Officer position, and will run day to day business operations and coordination of the company’s projects and responsibilities.
Mr. Bryant is an award-winning public affairs, marketing, and communications leader, with 15 years experience in strategic, corporate, and marketing communications; journalism and broadcasting; in both the private and public (defense and homeland security) sector. He has multiple years of service as a speechwriter and communications advisor for Program Executive Officer, Flag Officer, and Deputy Secretary-level government clients. Notable private sector achievements include a 300-500% jump in all metrics of an integrated communications program, including multiple campaigns in the United States and EMEA regions for a pharmaceutical and life sciences solutions division of Honeywell International. He possesses a Six-Sigma Greenbelt certification.
Mr. Zamberlan is an accomplished manager of people and projects, with 13 years government and industry experience in quality assurance, content editing, project management and information technology. He has extensive experience designing and implementing creative and award-winning solutions for small business, corporate, government and military clients. Most recently, both Mr. Bryant and Mr. Zamberlan served as senior contractors on the Department of Defense’s Independent Review Panel, related to the November 2009 mass shooting at Fort Hood, Texas, where they served as Managing Editor and Technical Editor, respectively, of the report prepared for the Secretary of Defense, Congress, and the President of the United States.
