Strategic Communications and Outreach Planning
The Bryant Zamberlan Group's Strategic Communications and Outreach Planning expertise and effectiveness were honored by the Association of Marketing Communications Professionals (AMCP) with a 2012 Platinum Hermes Creative Award. The Hermes Creative Awards judges reviewed BZ's efforts in communications effectiveness auditing, stakeholder surveys and analysis, outreach tools and tactics development, and strategy. Specifically, the judges based the honor on a full Communications Plan prepared by BZ and selected examples of outreach work in support of the plan's deployment.
BZ and founder Benjamin Bryant have developed communications strategies for customer, stakeholder, analyst, internal and media outreach for clients as diverse as the the federal government (including DoD clients), state agencies, international corporations, local associations, medical practices, and individual practitioners.
This is BZ' second AMCP award for communications strategy and outreach planning. In 2011, the AMCP honored BZ with a Gold MarCom Award for similar efforts.

The judges panel for the Hermes Creative Awards reviewed BZ's efforts in graphic design, visual presentation of information, and project management for the Department of Veterans Affairs Desert Pacific Healthcare Network's 2011 Annual Report.

Excellence in Writing for the Web Audience
The International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA) honored the Bryant Zamberlan Group with a 2011 W³ Silver Award for Copy/Writing for the Web. The W³ Award honors creative excellence on the web, and recognizes creative and marketing professionals behind award winning sites, videos, and marketing programs.
The W³ Silver honor awarded to BZ recognized excellence and effectiveness in writing and editing for online audiences by BZ founders Benjamin Bryant and Tommy Zamberlan.
The award selection was based on copy written for Web site content and online marketing materials; content that "demonstrated," as noted by IAVA Executive Director Linda Day, "the out-of-the box thinking and creative execution that exemplifies what the Web is all about.

Website Design and Development
The Association of Marketing Communications Professionals (AMCP) honored the Bryant Zamberlan Group with a 2011 Gold MarCom Award for the design and development of a re-branded Web site for a Washington, DC area-based federal contractor.
The project included design and development of an entirely new, CMS-based Web presence, including coding, template development, graphic design, copywriting, adaptation of previous content, and social media set-up and integration. Additionally, the site was required to be functional across government systems, mobile platforms, and browser types—and effectively degrade to early-version browsers still used by some of the contractor's customer base. The AMCP award honors BZ's design and development of an attractive, functionally rich, and fully compliant Web solution. meeting the unique needs of our client. BZ currently designs and develops front and back-end Web solutions for public and private-sector clients.

Web Event Management and Registration System/CMS Template
The Association of Marketing Communications Professionals (AMCP) honored the Bryant Zamberlan Group with a 2011 Platinum MarCom Award for the design, development, and deployment of their proprietary "BZEvents" Event Planning and Registration Web System and CMS.
Designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind, "BZEvents" was designed for effortless navigation and interaction by users, and maximum configurability, functionality, and ease of maintenance for BZ's clients.
Successfully deployed for the U.S. Navy and Air Force, the "BZEvents" system is available to all BZ clients in the public and private sector with conference and event management needs.
2011 Platinum MarCom Award - Special Category
Exceptional Individual Achievements in Editing
The Association of Marketing Communications Professionals (AMCP) honored BZ founders Benjamin Bryant and Tommy Zamberlan with a special category award for “Exceptional Individual Achievements in Editing” for their 2010 work as the editors of the Department of Defense’s high-profile “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” Reports for the Secretary of Defense, members of Congress, and President of the United States.
Bryant, as Lead Editor, and Zamberlan, as Technical Editor, worked for DoD Comprehensive Working Group chairs Jeh C. Johnson and GEN Carter Ham, completing the project under a contract between Knowledge Advantage, Inc. and the Washington Headquarters Service, in November and December of 2010. As editors, Bryant and Zamberlan edited and supervised production of the book length “Report of the Comprehensive Working Group” and accompanying “Supplemental Plan for Implementation”—including content finalization and integration, copy editing, and supervision of layout and graphic design—in less than 30 days.
Previously, Bryant and Zamberlan served as Managing and Technical Editor, respectively, of Protecting the Force: Lessons from Fort Hood, the report of the DoD's Independent Review of the events surrounding the November 5, 2009 mass shooting at Fort Hood, TX. Bryant and Zamberlan later served as writers for the Air Force's Follow-on effort Every Airman a Wingman. Protecting the Force: Lessons from Fort Hood. In 2011, the Air Force Follow-on Report team was awarded the "General George Kenney Award for Lessons Learned" from the Air Force Association.
